We recently sold a beloved family home of 60 years in an Greenwich Estate sale. Hillary and John provided extraordinary service and support. As the executor for the Estate, I knew Hillary and John would deliver the best price for our family home in a timely and professional manner. What I could not have foreseen when we agreed to work together, was the amazing team of people who they brought to our process to help us prepare the house for listing. I shared with Hillary day one that we had a huge task -emotional and physical - to prepare the house for sale. When I called Hillary in April 2023, we were already struggling on how to move thousands of books, lovely antique furniture, significant family heirlooms; and mountains of paper photo albums, scrap books—all of which had to be packed, sold, moved. In addition, the entire house had to be completely prepped on the inside and outside. Hillary and John’s team –a project manager, organizer, and a full team of contractors-put a plan in place to address all aspects of house prep. Her organizer connected me to auction houses, consigners and movers, --all the resources we needed to clean out the house. To add to the challenge, I was travelling back and forth from the west coast which certainly extended the timeline. Hillary and John were patient and attentive and their team professional and easy to work with. Having this amazing team eased the entire process and resulted in a a very satisfactory end result.
